The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics of student apathy, awareness of interoception, intrinsic / extrinsic motivation, and positive / negative emotions from the viewpoint of biological rhythm disorders. By an Experience Sampling Method (ESM)sur vey using a diar y method, the state self-esteem was measured every day for a week, and the self-esteem level, self-esteem instability, and sleep log were investigated. Five people participated in the case study. A person with high and stable self-esteem may have the ability to buffer the damage caused by physiological stress to the psychological state without lowering the state self-esteem even on days when the total sleep time is short. People with low and stable self-esteem are considered to be maladapted with a depressive symptom. In this study, no strong feelings of happiness or joy were found. However, a degree of calmness with no severe illness was found. |
